Head of Infrastructure Security

About the role

Lead an infrastructure security team in a remote, high load international iGaming business serving regulated markets. You set priorities, build scalable security processes and guide technical decisions across infrastructure.

What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop the infrastructure security team with clear ownership and accountability
• Define the security strategy, roadmap, standards and operating model
• Prioritise initiatives by risk, business impact, engineering capacity and regulation
• Guide security for cloud platforms, Kubernetes, endpoints, privileged access, remote access and vulnerability management
• Build scalable processes for risk prioritisation, remediation tracking and cross team collaboration
• Partner with engineering, product, infrastructure and security teams and report risks to leadership

What they look for

• Five or more years in cybersecurity, including managing technical security teams
• Strong background in infrastructure, cloud or platform security
• Experience turning security goals into roadmaps, ownership models and measurable outcomes
• Proven coaching, delegation, feedback and team development skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across functions
• English and Russian at upper intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

• Securing infrastructure in regulated or high risk sectors such as iGaming, crypto or fintech
• Maturing a security function from reactive work to a structured programme
• Leading distributed or fully remote technical teams
