Head of Revenue Operations

About the role

Lead the design of a revenue operations function spanning several product brands, covering the full customer journey from first contact to renewal, with a focus on scaling an enterprise and AI-led sales motion.

What you will do

• Design segmentation, coverage, routing, lifecycle stages and handoffs across self-service and sales-assisted journeys
• Run one operations function for sales, customer success and partners, with shared definitions and a single system of record
• Own territory design, quota setting, capacity modelling and the forecast process and its discipline
• Build a deal desk that shapes pricing and structure on enterprise and AI deals and speeds legal, finance and security review
• Establish field enablement covering onboarding, ramp, sales methodology and product and AI fluency
• Own revenue automation and internal AI applications together with a central AI team

What they look for

• Experience leading revenue operations across multiple brands or business units
• Track record designing go-to-market processes rather than only maintaining them
• Background in planning, forecasting, quota and incentive design
• Experience building deal desk, enablement or go-to-market engineering functions
• Ability to work closely with sales, customer success and finance leaders
• Comfort with scaled tech-touch renewal motions and managing by exception
