A remote administrative role supporting two allied health clinics, handling patient communication, billing and practice management software.

Manage clinic inboxes and patient messages, replying promptly and professionally
Handle rebookings, rescheduling and cancellations to keep practitioner diaries accurate
Follow up with patients on missed appointments, forms and referrals
Issue patient invoices, keep records current and chase outstanding balances
Process claims for private health funds, Medicare, WorkCover, CTP and DVA
Maintain practice software settings and produce operational reports for leadership

Hands on experience administering Cliniko, including billable items, pricing and reporting
Background in client communication and administration in an Australian clinic setting
Understanding of Australian funding models such as HICAPS, Medicare EPC, WorkCover, CTP and DVA
Experience managing patient inboxes, complex rescheduling and invoicing
Exceptional written English with a warm and professional style
Availability for a split shift during Sydney business hours from the Philippines

PHP 55,000 to 65,000 per month
