What you will do

• Act as executive advisor, subject matter expert, or engagement lead on client projects
• Interview leadership and assess current hospital or health system operations
• Identify performance gaps and recommend practical improvements
• Build implementation plans with accountability structures and success measures
• Present findings to agency leaders, executive teams, and governing boards
• Support proposals and client presentations with relevant expertise

What they look for

• A track record of improving operational, financial, or service delivery performance
• Strong communication and the ability to turn analysis into action
