About the role

Entrepreneurs get backing to launch and grow their own health technology venture, with salary or funding options and hands-on guidance from experienced founders.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of building and running a new venture in health technology
• Work through a tailored development programme focused on goals, time and energy
• Use the backer's network of professionals to recruit talent and get advice
• Receive coaching to prepare the venture for raising significant funding
• Refine the product toward market fit and help set up sales or marketing

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take complete responsibility for a startup and scale it past EUR 100M in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
