HiL V&V Manager

About the role

Lead a team of hardware in the loop test engineers who verify and validate the autonomous driving system, owning the test strategy that supports the safety case.

What you will do

• Plan and oversee test campaigns including resourcing, scheduling, bench allocation and milestone delivery
• Review results, drive defect triage and report verification status and risks to leadership

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 6 or more years of experience, or a Master's with 4 or more years
• Significant experience driving HiL verification and validation on complex engineering systems
• Understanding of autonomous driving technologies such as sensors, perception, sensor fusion and vehicle dynamics
• Working knowledge of ROS or ROS2 monitoring and diagnostics

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to safety cases or assurance arguments including HiL tool and bench qualification
• Experience with fault injection testing and verifying safety mechanisms on embedded and ECU level systems
• ADAS experience
