About the role

Consultants guide clients through HR transformation, process redesign and cloud HCM adoption. The work spans delivery, advisory and practice growth in a high-growth environment.

What you will do

Deliver HCM cloud transformation projects from start to finish
Gather stakeholder requirements and align them with strategic goals
Advise on HCM cloud capabilities, configuration and best practice
Design HR operating models and experience-led processes with AI accelerators
Run workshops, present findings and give actionable recommendations
Support practice development, proposals and go-to-market work

What they look for

Consulting background or corporate HR IT transformation experience
Knowledge of Hire-to-Retire HXM technologies
Stakeholder management, problem solving and resilience
Experience documenting and communicating data for varied audiences
Facilitation and leadership of change initiatives
C2 proficiency in English and the local official language
