IAM Security Operations Engineer, Middle

About the role

Maintain and troubleshoot identity and access management services, run identity lifecycle processes and keep role based access secure across internal systems.

What you will do

• Handle complex and non-standard joiner, mover and leaver scenarios
• Troubleshoot IAM services such as SSO, identity providers and provisioning flows, including Keycloak
• Configure and maintain Adaxes automation rules, approval workflows and role based permissions
• Process access requests in line with approved RBAC models and least privilege principles
• Automate repetitive access management tasks and monitor platform health for risks
• Write technical and user documentation, including models such as UML

What they look for

• At least two years in IAM, identity operations or security engineering
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting IAM services such as Keycloak, Adaxes and GWS
• Experience with secure IAM integrations using APIs and federation protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Hands-on RBAC configuration and provisioning workflow experience
• Understanding of IAM architecture, SSO, MFA, directory services and identity risks
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills with scripting ability in Python, PowerShell or Bash
