Implementation Consultant, E-invoicing

About the role

Act as application and solution specialist for an e-invoicing platform, running implementation projects for customers and partners. The role covers configuration, training, testing and pre-sales support.

What you will do

• Serve as application and solution specialist on e-invoicing implementations
• Run several projects in parallel, both independently and with teams
• Deliver end-user and super-user training and decide on configuration
• Plan projects and manage timelines and budgets
• Configure, implement and test applications to agreed specifications
• Support pre-sales with software demos and prospect scoping

What they look for

• Experience as implementation and solution consultant on large cross-functional or partner projects
• Contribution to project management, including plans and timelines
• Track record resolving customer support issues promptly
• Experience working with product, sales, support and partner teams
• Hands-on application configuration, implementation and testing
• Ability to customize and configure applications to agreed specifications
