About the role

Founders join a programme to launch and grow their own industrial technology venture, with backing from experienced entrepreneurs and a support network. The role is fully remote.

What you will do

• Take ownership of building and operating your own industrial tech company
• Work through a tailored development programme focused on goals, time and energy
• Use the network to recruit talent and get guidance from seasoned founders
• Iterate on the product until it fits the market and build sales or marketing capacity
• Prepare the venture for a large funding round within about a year

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling your startup past 100 million euros in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
