About the role

Administer and configure a calibration management platform used across a national lab network, keeping it healthy and connected to other business systems. Work with operations, quality, finance and IT to keep data consistent.

What you will do

• Handle routine administration such as user accounts, roles, permissions and configuration changes across sites
• Configure templates, lists, events, workflows, equipment profiles, procedures and report layouts
• Support data extraction, transformation and loading when new locations join the standard setup
• Run queries and reports to find and fix duplicate, missing or inconsistent data
• Maintain integrations with other business applications via APIs and troubleshoot failed syncs
• Give front-line user support and write documentation, guides and training material

What they look for

• Hands-on experience administering or configuring IndySoft
• One to four years in systems administration, business systems analysis, data analysis or application support
• Comfort with relational databases and SQL for retrieving, analysing, inserting and updating data
• Understanding of how business applications share data, including APIs, imports and exports
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data and configuration
• Problem-solving mindset with clear written and verbal communication for non-technical users
