What you will do
- Plan and coordinate installation of tolling equipment so onsite work is completed on time and to quality
- Lead field supervisors, technicians, subcontractors and internal installation teams
- Coordinate resources and schedules with project managers and stakeholders across the project lifecycle
- Act as the main customer contact for installation activities
- Prepare installation strategies, plans, schedules, resource plans and subcontractor scopes
- Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, acceptance reviews and readiness assessments
What they look for
- Five or more years supervising installations across multiple teams
- Construction scheduling experience
- High school diploma or trade or technical school training
- Hands-on work with multi-meters, fiber optic systems and hand tools
- Willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
Nice to have
- RF or microwave experience
- Prior tolling experience
