An associate role in an insurance coverage group, representing domestic and international insurers in complex coverage disputes and litigation. The attorney handles research, policy analysis and case strategy in a hybrid office and remote arrangement.
What you will do
- Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes, arbitrations and lawsuits
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs and position letters
- Analyze policies and advise clients on coverage issues and recommendations
- Draft and review pleadings, interrogatories and other litigation documents
- Take part in mediations, settlements, depositions and document reviews
- Interact with clients and work cooperatively with colleagues
