IT Applications Analyst, Epic Professional Billing

About the role

Support vendor enterprise application software for clinical, financial and business systems in a large integrated health system. The analyst translates operational needs into system configuration and improvements.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot end-user issues, workflow problems and enhancement requests, contributing to root cause analysis
• Analyze business operations related to design decisions, then prioritize and implement requested changes
• Design, test, implement and support files and systems within assigned products with limited supervision
• Populate tables and databases for domains with multiple owners, working with vendor and IT staff
• Maintain application build standards and database upkeep, including master files, profiles and dictionaries
• Take part in an on-call rotation for incidents, upgrades, patches and project tasks
