IT Business Partner, R&D and Compliance

About the role

A strategic and operational link between R&D functions and IT, with ownership of the Veeva R&D application landscape. The role turns business and regulatory needs into technology roadmaps and continuous improvement, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

What you will do

• Serve as the main IT partner for assigned R&D functions such as regulatory affairs, quality and clinical development
• Own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for Veeva Vault QMS and Veeva Vault RIM systems
• Convert business and regulatory priorities into technology plans with estimates and prioritization
• Lead or oversee configuration, validation and change control for Veeva platforms in a GxP setting
• Build business cases for enhancements and integrations, and manage related budgets

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in IT, life sciences or a related field
• Eight years in a client-facing IT role in pharma or biotech with growing responsibility
• Experience managing regulatory compliance on a global scale
• Hands-on work with Veeva Vault QMS and Veeva Vault RIM in configuration, validation or business ownership
• Solid grasp of GxP environments, computer system validation and change control
• Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into technical requirements and delivery plans

Nice to have

• Veeva specific certifications such as Vault QMS or RIM administrator
• Post-market compliance experience

Pay

USD 120,000 to 150,000 per year
