- Maintain one authoritative view of all IT, security and product work, including owners, dates, status, risks and decisions
- Run the leadership rhythm: agendas, notes, action tracking, vendor and contract renewals, budget and salary cap tracking, executive reportin
- Chase commitments across teams, flag blockers early, escalate with a recommendation and keep stakeholders informed
- Apply AI tools to improve and streamline business processes
- Carry out other related duties as assigned
