IT Project Manager

About the role

Own customer implementation projects across the Asia-Pacific region, from signed statement of work through go-live and handoff to support, as one of the first dedicated project managers there.

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle including scope, plan, budget, timeline and risk
• Act as main contact for APAC customers and communicate proactively to build trust
• Run status meetings, manage stakeholder expectations and keep several projects on track
• Spot blockers early and escalate risks to timeline or budget
• Track budgets, forecast finances and handle change orders when scope shifts
• Coordinate with consultants, support, training and enablement, and lead the handoff at close-out

• Comfort being the main contact, running meetings and making decisions
• Experience where the product changes fast and processes are not fully defined
• Full ownership and willingness to step in beyond the job description
• Technical curiosity to explain the product credibly without configuring it
