Serve as the first contact for Italian-speaking customers by phone and email, covering roadside help, app support and general service requests for a premium clientele.

What you will do
- Handle 30 to 50 inbound calls and emails daily
- Provide round-the-clock breakdown and recovery assistance following safety rules
- Gather case details such as vehicle data, customer information and GPS location
- Help customers with the mobile app and digital services, including logins and feature activation
- Guide customers through purchases, appointment booking and vehicle monitoring
- Answer first-line questions on warranty, maintenance and dealership matters, escalating complex cases
