  • Take incoming calls from clients and log each one in the service management tool
  • Follow set procedures and standard operating procedures when answering and resolving
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate when needed
  • Reset passwords, unlock accounts and fix issues through a remote access tool
  • Write up every step of a fix and keep the knowledge base current
