What you will do

  • Run the identity provider and design joiner, mover and leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
  • Administer corporate AWS accounts, including networking, logging, monitoring and alerting.
  • Manage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM, covering zero-touch provisioning, patching and compliance reporting.
  • Administer ServiceNow for IT and security: data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs and integrations.
  • Build automation across systems with Okta Workflows, Zapier, PowerShell or Python, and govern AI tool use.

  • Experience administering Okta or a comparable identity provider, including contractor and elevated-access workflows.
  • Hands-on AWS administration for corporate IT, VPN and supporting infrastructure.
  • Endpoint management with Jamf, Intune or similar, across macOS and Windows fleets.
  • ServiceNow administration plus support for ITGC, SOX controls, access reviews and change management.
  • Comfort as a subject matter expert on SaaS integrations such as Google Workspace, Slack and Azure.
