Japan Country Manager, Crypto iGaming

About the role

Lead the Japanese market for a crypto sports betting and online casino brand, owning strategy, acquisition, VIP operations and revenue growth in a hands-on commercial role.

What you will do

• Own the Japan commercial roadmap, P&L and targets for acquisition, revenue and profit
• Grow acquisition through affiliates, influencers, streamers, communities, SEO, paid media and partnerships
• Negotiate CPA, revenue share and hybrid deals with local partners
• Increase first-time depositors, active players, GGR, NGR and lifetime value while controlling costs
• Run VIP operations, retention and reactivation of dormant and high-value players
• Localize brand positioning, campaigns and promotions, and build a local team as needed

What they look for

• Record of scaling acquisition and driving revenue in the Japanese market
• Experience with VIP management, retention and player reactivation
• Strong network among Japanese affiliates, influencers, communities and digital media
• Understanding of Japanese player behaviour, affiliate economics, CPA, revenue share, CAC, LTV and churn
• Budget ownership with ROI and profitability accountability
