Junior HR Associate, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join a recruitment team that hires talent across several countries, with room to test ideas and improve how candidates and hiring managers experience the process.

What you will do

• Help with prospecting and headhunting, building candidate relationships and long-term pipelines
• Find candidates through varied channels and review resumes and applications against a high quality bar
• Own coordination for each role, tracking progress, blockers and results beyond basic scheduling
• Run interviews and organize several rounds of assessments
• Work with hiring managers on expectations, feedback and hiring timelines
• Share regular status updates with management and the team

What they look for

• At least six months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Keen attention to detail and persistent follow-up
• Strong written and spoken English communication

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup setting or with in-house recruitment
