A junior SDR drives growth for an AI networking company through high-volume cold outreach to senior IT leaders and by booking qualified meetings.
What you will do
- Make 120 or more cold calls each day
- Follow up strategically by email and LinkedIn with prospects reached by phone
- Navigate enterprise organizations to reach senior IT and infrastructure decision-makers
- Qualify leads and book 20 or more meetings per month for the sales team
- Keep detailed records of all activity in the CRM
- Explain the value of autonomous AI networking and handle objections
What they look for
- At least one year of cold calling and SDR work
- Experience selling IT, SaaS or technology products
- Native or bilingual English fluency for confident conversations with senior staff
- Expert cold calling and cold emailing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Availability for a strict 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern schedule from offshore
