  • Run front-office implementation workstreams from discovery to go-live, designing workflows with customer leaders across the investment lifec
  • Work with engineering and product on bugs, feature requests and client feedback
  • Support integration design, build, test and deployment with technical consultants, and keep reusable templates coming
  • Handle time-sensitive go-live issues during hypercare and escalate when needed
  • Mentor functional and integration consultants as the consulting group grows
