Senior Manager, Services Portfolio and Learning Architecture

About the role

Leads a team of portfolio architects within a global services portfolio, turning portfolio strategy into credible consulting offerings and end-to-end education programs.

What you will do

• Lead an experienced team of technical experts through a changing operating model
• Own service design, education strategy, offering creation and training curricula
• Build and scale a standardised engine for creating and maintaining offerings and content
• Set technical and instructional standards and balance team capacity across work
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive portfolio adoption and operational excellence
