Lead Product Manager, Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM

About the role

Own the lead-to-opportunity and partner relationship management domains in Salesforce, setting the roadmap and guiding an offshore delivery team. The work sits at the heart of the go-to-market engine and shapes conversion, speed-to-lead and forecast accuracy.

What you will do

• Own the whole lead lifecycle in Salesforce, from capture and scoring through routing, conversion and nurture return paths
• Design and tune routing and assignment logic such as round robin, territory, account and capacity models, with SLA enforcement
• Own the marketing-to-sales handoff, covering campaign attribution, marketing automation sync, inbound intake and clean context transfer
• Own the partner portal experience and the deal registration process end to end, including validation, approval, expiry and channel conflict

What they look for

• Senior individual contributor experience as a product manager focused on top-of-funnel processes
• Deep familiarity with lead capture, scoring, routing and conversion mechanics in Salesforce
• Experience setting roadmaps, leading solution design and directing an offshore Salesforce delivery team
• Ability to work daily with marketing operations, sales development, sales operations and channel leaders
