Lead Solutions Architect, Generative AI

About the role

A technical, customer-facing role guiding high-growth digital-native accounts through applied generative AI, from early use cases to production systems, and raising AI capability across a regional field organisation.

What you will do

• Lead fine-tuning and model customisation work on open LLMs, with evaluation approaches suited to quality and safety critical domains
• Relay field and customer feedback to product and engineering, and mentor the wider field engineering team through workshops and reference ar
• Represent the company externally through conference talks, blogs and executive briefings

What they look for

• Solid grasp of the LLM landscape, able to compare proprietary and open models and explain trade-offs and fit to customers
• Deep knowledge of the modern generative AI stack: RAG, agents, tool use, fine-tuning, prompt and evaluation engineering, and safety guardrai
• Proficiency in Python and ML tooling such as PyTorch, Transformers, MLflow and Spark, with the ability to build production-quality reference
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, and readiness to learn the company platform quickly
