Lead, Strategy

About the role

You will join a strategy team that finds short and long term opportunities across developer markets and product lines to speed up revenue growth. The role reports to a senior strategy manager and works closely with product, marketing and sales leaders.

What you will do

• Research market trends, competitors and customer needs, then shape data-driven strategies to grow product revenue and market share
• Lead selected projects or major work streams tied to overall growth drivers and bring recommendations to the executive committee
• Structure and manage complex issues that set product priorities and show bottom-line results, including long term monetization and commercia

What they look for

• At least four years of experience, with two or more in management consulting, growth, business operations or strategy
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate a long term vision clearly
• Familiarity with the developer or SaaS ecosystem and current competitive and market trends
• A collaborative style, strong communication and executive presence, plus comfort with ambiguity in a global matrixed organization
• Consistent leadership in team management, customer communication and work with peers, senior managers, clients and vendors
• Ability to structure and coordinate several complex cross-functional projects with many stakeholders
