You will lead live virtual training that prepares new hires to work as executive assistants for US clients, judging when each trainee is genuinely ready.

What you will do
- Run daily live virtual sessions so trainees can apply skills to real client tasks
- Use guiding questions rather than giving answers directly
- Score assessments against the rubric and defend your judgments when reviewed
- Stage realistic mock client calls and interviews, then combine scores and notes into readiness decisions
- Rework content, role-plays and delivery with the training manager when sessions fall flat
- Deliver at least one improvement each quarter that measurably lifts engagement or retention
