• Organise and update case files so records stay accurate and easy to find
• Keep digital files and supporting documents structured and current
• Watch case progress and deadlines, following up on pending items
• Help prepare, arrange and check legal documents as instructed
• Maintain consistent recordkeeping and improve how information is organised
