Leisure Support Advisor

About the role

A remote role helping clients research destinations, choose vacations and coordinate travel services. Training is provided and no prior travel industry background is needed.

What you will do

• Talk with clients about their vacation interests, preferred dates and spending limits
• Find destinations and leisure experiences that fit each client's requests
• Research lodging, cruise routes, vacation packages and activities
• Check supplier availability and compare suitable vacation options
• Present recommendations and explain package features and reservation terms
• Verify reservation details and keep client records, confirmations and itineraries organised

• Strong organisation with careful attention to accuracy
• Comfort researching online and assessing available services
• Ability to manage duties and meet deadlines independently
