Manager, Data Governance

About the role

Lead the assessment and improvement of data governance maturity across an international business group spanning wholesale, logistics and courier operations in several countries. Build a practical roadmap and consistent practices for data quality, ownership and compliance.

What you will do

• Evaluate governance maturity across countries and business units and pinpoint gaps and risks
• Build and maintain a roadmap for strengthening governance capabilities
• Support metadata, lineage and catalog practices with platform and technology teams

What they look for

• At least five years in data governance or data management such as quality, metadata, lineage, master data or policy
• Two or more years working in a matrix management capacity
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Certification such as CDMP, CGEIT, CISA, CIPP, CIPM or equivalent
• EDM Council DCAM or CDMC certification
• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics or another regulated industry
