Manager, Data Modeling and Data Science

About the role

A temporary engagement leading customer analysis deep dives, applying predictive modeling and mentoring analysts while advising clients on data driven marketing strategy.

What you will do

• Combine disparate datasets and prepare data for analysis
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, supporting their technical and career growth
• Apply data science methods to deliver insights and recommendations to clients
• Manage data science projects and client delivery independently
• Build and optimize multi channel campaigns through model building, scoring and production
• Present modeling findings and campaign results to clients

What they look for

• Five or more years in quantitative marketing, analytics or data science
• Advanced experience combining third party and first party data for modeling and campaign analytics
• Core database marketing knowledge including relational database and direct marketing concepts
• Ability to explain complex analytical methods and results to non technical audiences
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guide junior team members
