  • Negotiate rates with carriers and 3PLs, hold them to SLAs, and run regular tactical and strategic reviews.
  • Lead onboarding of new carriers, 3PLs and integrations (EDI, WMS, order and carrier platforms) from data validation to go-live.
  • Handle 3PL or carrier issues in real time, including digging into open WROs or tracking discrepancies.
