What you will do
- Help plan regulatory submissions for assigned regions, countries or projects.
- Manage staff, including hiring, development, goal setting and performance reviews.
- Act as the regulatory department's representative to other departments.
- Support business development and proposal writing, and monitor project budgets and invoicing.
- Write regulatory documents such as IND and registration dossiers and clinical reports.
