What you will do
- Direct and allocate the daily tasks of senior quality specialists, weighing client promises, compliance risk and deadlines
- Coach, mentor and cross-train staff to build capability, consistency and readiness for shifting priorities
- Stay hands-on with complex quality work, spotting issues early and deciding within authority
- Keep importer drug establishment licences current and run foreign site approvals for multiple clients
- Oversee release of commercial drugs and clinical trial supplies to the Canadian market
- Review quality documents such as SOPs, product quality reviews, stability reports and validation protocols
