Manager, Strategic Partnerships

About the role

This role grows philanthropic support by cultivating individual donors and philanthropic advisors, managing a portfolio of mid-level donors and building pathways toward major giving. It also develops donor communications that turn impact into deeper engagement.

What you will do

• Create tailored engagement, solicitation and stewardship plans that lead to major gifts
• Build an engagement strategy for donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors
• Equip relationship managers with approaches and resources for these partnerships
• Support proposals and reporting alongside finance, marketing, product and impact teams
