What you will do

• Support day-to-day measurement for paid media and email, designing tests and checking methods
• Validate data and help with media mix modeling, then report on how spend performs
• Analyse customer, channel and marketing mix programs and their effect on file health
• Work with paid media, CRM, transformation lab members and outside agencies
• Turn findings into clear reports for non-technical and executive readers

A typical week

• Designing and checking tests with brand and channel leads
• Reviewing data quality and supporting modeling work
• Building reports and presenting results to stakeholders
• Meeting agency partners and CRM colleagues

What they look for

• Around three years of digital advertising experience
• Solid grasp of Google and Meta platforms and of email and SMS CRM programs
• Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI or similar analysis and visualisation tools
• Strong communication, project management and the ability to explain data clearly

Nice to have

• Experience with incrementality measurement and marketing effectiveness practices
• Comfort working with ambiguous questions and imperfect data
