What you will do

  • Act as day-to-day technical authority for the marketing automation platform, its data flows, integrations and sync logic.
  • Maintain multi-touch email journeys and adjust entry criteria, branching, throttling and exit rules.
  • Protect compliance features such as consent, unsubscribe sync, suppression and PII handling.
  • Translate lifecycle marketing requirements into technical designs within the team's Jira and sprint process.
