Marketing Lead

About the role

Lead marketing strategy and execution for a digital poker platform tied to a chain of physical poker rooms, scaling the brand during a growth phase and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What you will do

• Set and carry out a full marketing plan that grows player acquisition, engagement and retention
• Build, coach and lead a marketing team, setting goals and encouraging testing and accountability
• Choose and manage agency and vendor partners, including scopes, briefs and budgets
• Own media planning and buying across paid social, search, programmatic and influencer channels
• Guide social content and creator partnerships that connect with the poker community
• Track acquisition, depositing players, CAC and retention metrics and report to leadership

• Strong background in both performance and brand marketing
• Experience leading people and managing agency relationships
• Knowledge of marketing in regulated categories
• Ability to manage budgets with clear visibility into CAC and return on spend
• Skill at bringing AI tools into marketing workflows
