Medical Director, Health System Partnerships

About the role

Serve as a senior physician leader overseeing clinical operations for a round-the-clock virtual care platform and its hospital partnerships.

What you will do

• Own clinical policy and regulatory oversight for the virtual clinic
• Lead a partner clinic from development through launch and manage its clinicians
• Shape medical operations, protocols and data standards with operational leaders
• Advise internal and external teams on clinical needs and business strategy
• Design and deliver training for clinical staff across partner systems
• Report updates and present to the medical leadership team and stakeholders

• Track record managing and mentoring clinicians
• Strong critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Availability for roughly 8 to 20 clinical hours weekly
