Mid-Market Account Executive

About the role

Own larger, more complex deals with scaling technology companies, working where product-led growth meets consultative selling and helping shape how the company wins in the mid-market.

What you will do

• Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups
• Run structured discovery and value-based demos
• Work with marketing, product and leadership on go-to-market initiatives
• Keep forecasting accurate and pipeline data clean

What they look for

• Four to eight or more years of closing experience in commercial or mid-market sales
• A track record of running multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong outbound, inbound and deal management skills
• Comfort selling technical SaaS, with DevOps or developer tools a big plus
• Self-directed, organised and highly accountable
• A get-stuff-done attitude and strong ownership mindset
