Midweight Graphic Designer

About the role

A commercially minded designer role focused on producing high-performing paid social creative for UK, US and German markets, with wider support across social, CRM, web and print.

What you will do

• Create paid social assets in static, carousel and motion formats, mainly for Meta
• Adapt creative across audiences, placements and international markets
• Produce and iterate assets based on performance feedback and learnings
• Edit existing footage and use animation and typography to strengthen messaging
• Support organic social, CRM, web and print work across the customer journey
• Keep every asset consistent with brand guidelines across all briefs

What they look for

• Commercial awareness and experience producing performance creative
• Confidence designing for Meta and understanding how formats affect ad performance
• Ability to adapt designs across placements, audiences and languages
• Motion and video editing skills, including short and longer-form assets
• Strong attention to brand consistency across touchpoints

Pay

GBP 35,000 to 38,000 per year
