Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

A full time remote design role supporting a marketing team with web graphics, school level design requests and brand campaigns across a portfolio of music and dance schools.

What you will do

• Produce web graphics and digital assets, optimizing files for usability, accessibility, responsive design and size
• Support website builds and redesigns with wireframes, page layouts and visual concepts
• Handle design requests from individual schools, including flyers, event materials, social graphics and digital ads
• Adapt brand systems and templates for each school while keeping its distinct identity
• Help with organisation wide branding, campaigns and presentations
• Build and maintain reusable templates and design systems, managing several projects at once

What they look for

• One to three or more years of professional graphic, marketing or related design experience
• A portfolio demonstrating digital design, branding, marketing collateral and web work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools
• Experience designing for websites, with knowledge of responsive design and accessibility practices
• Strong skills in typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
• Experience with wireframes or working with web developers

Nice to have

• Experience creating templates or scalable design systems
• Motion graphics, video editing or illustration skills

Pay

USD 60,000 to 70,000 per year
