Senior Product Designer, Conversational AI

About the role

A senior design role focused on conversational AI within a large mobile-first consumer product aimed at adult audiences. You will shape new product areas from concept to launch in a small, fast-moving team.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for chat, character creation, monetisation and growth flows
• Design emerging surfaces including live interactive features and AI video
• Take ideas from early concept to polished, shipped product
• Translate product strategy into high-quality visual and interaction design
• Build mobile-first experiences, interfaces and prototypes

• Demonstrable, measurable product impact such as growth, retention, conversion or engagement

Nice to have

• Subscription, paywall or monetisation product experience
• Gamification experience
• Motion, 3D or illustration skills
