Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care

About the role

Deliver primary care to a panel of patients with varied needs, combining in-clinic work with some remote visits. The role blends acute, chronic and wellness care within a collaborative clinical team.

What you will do

• Manage your own patient panel covering acute, chronic and wellness visits
• See patients in the clinic or testing centers and handle occasional telehealth appointments
• Take part in weekly clinical rounds and other ongoing learning formats
• Coordinate daily with on-site colleagues and with virtual clinical teams
• Use your clinical training and carry out procedures in the office
• Obtain extra state licenses and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states

What they look for

• Graduated from an accredited NP or PA program and hold national certification
• At least two years of outpatient primary care in the last five years, or one year plus a primary care fellowship or a year or more in urgent
• California state license in hand by your start date
• Genuine commitment to human-centered primary care
• Able to communicate with and treat people from every background
• Comfortable using technology to support high quality care
