Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care

About the role

Provide primary care for a patient panel, with most work in the clinic and some remote visits. The position emphasizes human-centered, evidence-based care.

What you will do

• Manage a panel with a wide range of patient needs
• Conduct acute, chronic and well visits in the office or at testing centers
• Handle occasional telehealth appointments
• Take part in weekly clinical rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with on-site teammates in daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Apply clinical training to in-office procedures

What they look for

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• Two years of outpatient primary care within the past five years, or one year plus a primary care fellowship or urgent care experience
• New Jersey state license in place by the start date
• Skilled at using technology for quality care delivery
• Strong communication with patients from all backgrounds
• Willing to reflect on feedback and adapt behavior

Pay

USD 146,400 to 155,530 per year
