You will manage a major automotive OEM account, aligning the company's business lines with the customer's vision and turning cooperation into contracts and growth.

What you will do
- Create and carry out plans that grow sales and profit at a major automotive OEM across defined growth areas
- Spot cooperation opportunities with internal experts and negotiate them into mutually beneficial contracts
- Build product proposals for complete systems and coordinate support with sales and field application engineering
- Drive new product definition with the customer and relevant business lines to secure long term success
- Map the customer's organisation and decision structures while gathering market and customer insight
- Cultivate trusted ties with executives, software groups, procurement and engineering leaders, and run RFQ and design win tracking
What they look for
- A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable discipline
- Five to ten years of experience in semiconductor sales or marketing
- Familiarity with electronic and semiconductor products and how they are used in automotive applications
- Solid grasp of software defined vehicle trends, vehicle architectures, semiconductor technology and automotive software ecosystems
- Ability to work through complex matrixed organisations and sway decision makers in engineering, procurement, software and executive roles
- Strong customer focus, networking ability and skill at explaining complex technical matters convincingly
