Offensive Security Consultant - Penetration Tester

About the role

A consulting role focused on manual penetration testing and adversary simulation for client environments. The tester turns technical evidence into clear risk explanations and practical remediation guidance.

What you will do

• Lead manual penetration tests across network, web and API, cloud, wireless, thick client and enterprise environments
• Carry out objective-based red team and adversary simulation work when in scope
• Join kickoff and report delivery meetings and mentor colleagues through sound judgment and clean execution

What they look for

• Proficiency with common industry tools and C2 frameworks
• Scripting or coding ability useful for tooling or exploitation
• Working knowledge of PTES, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK and related offensive security references

Nice to have

• Prior penetration testing in a consulting capacity
• Ability to translate offensive findings into compliance-relevant risk and remediation guidance
