Operations Officer

About the role

A varied operations role keeping a small international organisation running, covering finance, IT, HR and governance support, with remote-first working and some Berlin meetings.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily operational processes, maintain practical guidance and improve workflows.
• Administer IT systems including Microsoft 365 and give first-line support alongside external providers.
• Manage the operations budget and arrange logistics for events, travel and other activities.
• Process invoices and payments, support accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank and card records.

• A hands-on approach and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to track several tasks at once and follow them through independently.
• Interest in supporting a small, international organisation.
• Right to work in Germany and availability for roughly monthly in-person meetings in Berlin.
